1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Finei ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Finei is a personal finance application that provides:

• AI-powered receipt scanning and data extraction
• Expense tracking and categorization
• Spending analytics and insights
• Smart Search functionality
• Cloud storage for receipts and financial data

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription and Payments

Finei offers both free and premium subscription plans:

• Free Trial: New users may be eligible for a 7-day free trial of premium features.
• Subscription Billing: Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Prices are displayed in the App before purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Finei and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. User Content

You retain ownership of any receipts, images, or data you upload to the App. By uploading content, you grant Finei a limited license to process, store, and display this content solely to provide the services.

8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Finei uses artificial intelligence to process receipts and generate financial insights. AI-generated results may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for verifying any important financial information. Finei is not a substitute for professional financial advice.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finei shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our servers.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Terms in the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
